Most of us get quite a few cards.

Birthday cards
Thank you cards
and this time of year, lots of Christmas cards.

What do you do with your cards?

Here's what I do:

I take my card

(ok, not this one exactly, because I just got it in the mail and I wait until after the holiday to take them apart)

Grab my big circle punch and punch away

Making sure there is no writing on the back of my new circles.

Voila

Punch a small hole in them using a regular hole punch

Add some ribbon or string and use them as gift tags for presents.

It wasn't suppose to come until Wednesday

But Mr. FedX showed up on my doorstep this afternoon.

I signed.

He gave me a box.

Angel Fruit Cake

This morning when Sassy looked out the window she exclaimed,

"Mom if we add some berries on top we would have an Angel Fruitcake!"

Guess we should have put away the deck furniture!

There is a parade we like to take the kids to every year on the Friday after Thanksgiving.

I love watching the faces on my little sweeties and smiles on their faces as the floats and bands pass by.

It's a small parade, but it holds BIG memories!

It's been busy lately.

A trip to Pittsburgh.

2 days later a trip to South Dakota.

Lots of family, food, laughs and a bit of shopping :)

I'm trying to decorate.... finish Christmas shopping and everything else in between (anyone else planning a fundraiser breakfast for 600?  Actually, that hasn't been too bad..... yet ☺)

Hopefully I'll get to the craft room soon AND get some baking done.
