First up:
Slow Cooker Garlic and Brown Sugar Chicken
This was super easy to put together ~ toss some chicken into a crock pot, mix up a few ingredients to make a sauce, pour the sauce over the chicken, cook it for 4-6 hours. When it's done, you thicken the sauce over the stove and serve it all over rice. See, super easy. Now the review: Hubby liked it... a lot, I knew he would, I thought it was ok nothing great, Sassy thought it was too sweet, Action decided he wasn't hungry after eating a few bites, Smiley ate most of it at the idea of having a cookie when she was done. So, I will keep the recipe and maybe make it again, since hubby liked it :)
Next on the list:
Smothered Skillet Chicken
Chicken, onion, garlic, tomatoes, mushrooms, green onion, seasonings... mmmmm......
This chicken dish was delish! I will absolutely make it again even better, the entire family liked it!
Finally:
Avocado, Tomato, Sprouts and Pepper Jack
with Chive Spread
I made this for lunch one day. I love all of the ingredients, so I thought together they would be amazing. For me this was just ok. I don't think I'll make it again. I'm good with just adding avocado and tomato to my plain 'ol deli chicken sandwich to dress it up :)
That's it for this week, what have you been pinning?
